OMG!!! 83c its so bad temp, its will restart your pc at anytime here is mine u can see the difference.. This also make proplem , But i think you need to check the fan speed for the processer and clean the fins and open it and check the the area contact between the fins and the processer there is must be some kind of thermal paste for processor... You really need to Reduce the processor temperature...

Which is the name of this program? (try to use speedfan and give the reslut).. and try to restore your pc for one day or two day and seee if its work good ...

Hey, I had tracert mian and here the result... and look like all the pings lowest than me that means your ping must be low.. Here for epicdot.com And here for MW2 #2 89-145-94-207.as29017.net Thats mean may be you have proplem with your route connection, try to change your ip and tracert.. and let me know the result..
