Well I can't try anythng... My notebook has broken monitor

Ekhm.. I turned on #10 server, someone shooted me through the wall and game writed to me something like "OH SHIT YOUR GAME WAS FCKED!" and in this moment I had only blue and pink colors and there was a lot of stange words and numbers. WTF?? I know that it sounds funny, but it's not a joke lol... Now every time when I turn on COD I have lags like hell, when I don't choose any server yet, my resolution reset to 800x600 and I can't play with 90 ping... Sorry for my English but I hope u understand my problem. It's not my PC and now I will be dead :C Please help me!!

I don't have antivirus yet on my notebook cause I have problem with install it.

Windows Vista 32 bit and on my computer with Windows XP I have problem too but there I can't turn on cod cause there's a lot of errors >.<

Mostly I use wireless, but with cable is the same problem.

I didn't install anything when my problems started When my ping is very bad other 2 PCs and 1 laptop are fine. It's MW2 and internet is 16MB/s (if u think it's low then you have to know that other machines has ping 70-90) Focked: I don't understand 1st thing what u told me to do... For one week I got problems with my ping (its 200-999). Before everything was ok but I've changed NOTHING on my Notebook and NOTHING has changed with my internet.
