Whoops Posted June 1, 2011 Report Share Posted June 1, 2011 Try again now? We have multiple spam screen procedures in place. Could be that a spammer has been using DHCP and the IP now allocated to another user which in turn is blocked. If they still have problems use this form http://www.epicdot.com/forum/sendmessage.php or send us an email and we can manually register if we know their desired username and email address for registration.
